Engineering Management
The Engineering department masters the technical challenges related to the design of our cryogenic or high-temperature fluid transportation solutions. Operationally, our engineering teams are heavily involved in all phases of our products’ lifecycle, from conception to commissioning at our clients’ sites. They participate in various stages of project development, from sizing to manufacturing oversight, ensuring technical efficiency and product quality optimization. Moreover, they establish lasting professional relationships with our partners, suppliers, and clients, thereby guaranteeing the success and sustainability of our technical solutions.
Project Management
The Project Management department relies on a team of experienced Project Managers and a Project Management process ensuring quality and repeatability. Our contracts are executed in « project mode, » led by a project manager in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team sized according to the size and complexity level of the project to be undertaken. This execution mode allows for the best channeling of the company’s expertise and talents towards a common goal. Operationally, the teams, in a « One Team » spirit, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, collaborating with our suppliers and clients to ensure the success of each of our projects.
Research and Development
The R&D departments hold a strategic position upstream, focusing on research, technological development, and the implementation of innovative and creative solutions. They strive to improve operational efficiency, environmental sustainability, and pipeline safety, thereby strengthening competitiveness and fully aligning with the energy transition. Our research and development engineers play a vital role in these efforts, working on projects aimed at pushing the boundaries of current technology. They analyze present and future company needs while identifying associated risks and opportunities for better management. Their goal is to create innovative solutions that address the technical and environmental challenges of the sector.
Supply Chain
The Supply Chain department intervenes upstream in analyzing the market, current and future needs of the company, while identifying associated risks and opportunities for better management. It ensures the establishment of enduring business relations with suppliers, subcontractors, and providers. From an operational standpoint, the teams intervene in the planning, coordination, and effective execution of the supply chain and subcontracting to support the success of various projects.
Fabrication and Methods
Our Manufacturing site enables us to conduct full-scale tests and ensure the bespoke realization of our products through a fleet of specialized machines developed by the company, as well as through the design and implementation of manufacturing lines tailored to each project. The entirety of the manufacturing processes aims to guarantee the quality, efficiency, and safety of our products, as well as the safety of our employees.
QHSE
The QHSE department meticulously ensures that all operations are conducted in accordance with quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. Our QHSE teams ensure the consideration of quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental aspects from tender response to product delivery to the client, both at the corporate level and within each project.
Support Functions
Support functions (Finance, Legal, Communication, Human Resources, Accounting, General Services, etc.) at ITP Interpipe actively contribute to the smooth functioning of daily activities and support the various operational teams.
